One of the largest mixed-use retail destinations in North Riyadh, Hayat Mall is strategically located on King Abdulaziz Road and serves as a premier shopping and entertainment hub. The mall features 355 stores operated by 297 tenants across 90,714 sqm of GLA, on a total site of approximately 226,108 sqm. It achieved an occupancy rate of 99% in 2025 and welcomed more than 9 million visitors, supported by a strong mix of international and local brands, dining, entertainment, and lifestyle offerings. During 2025, the mall advanced a programme of enhancements including solar energy systems, glass skylights, landscaping, upgraded parking, and dedicated electric vehicle charging bays.
