Al Sahafa Center

Strategically located at the intersection of King Abdulaziz Road and Prince Nasser bin Saud Street in northern Riyadh, Al Sahafa Center is a neighbourhood retail destination serving the daily shopping and service needs of the surrounding community. The centre comprises 28 commercial units — including retail outlets and administrative offices — leased to 20 tenants across 7,213 sqm of GLA and achieved a 100% occupancy rate in 2025. The centre is developed on land leased by Alandalus Property Company and is managed and operated by the Company.
