Retail Destination

Alandalus Mall

One of Jeddah's leading retail destinations, strategically located on King Abdullah Road opposite King Abdulaziz Square. The mall comprises 356 stores operated by 323 tenants across 101,644 sqm of Gross Leasable Area (GLA), on a total site of 148,481 sqm. Alandalus Mall maintained an occupancy rate of 99% (excluding the Boulevard area) in 2025 and welcomed more than 10 million visitors, offering a diverse mix of international brands, dining, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences, including a 15-screen cinema complex. The newly opened Boulevard area adds 15,000 sqm with 40 stores and 43 leased units. The asset is wholly owned by AlAhli REIT Fund (1), in which Alandalus Property Company holds a 68.73% stake, and is managed and operated by Alandalus Property Company.

Hayat Mall

One of the largest mixed-use retail destinations in North Riyadh, Hayat Mall is strategically located on King Abdulaziz Road and serves as a premier shopping and entertainment hub. The mall features 355 stores operated by 297 tenants across 90,714 sqm of GLA, on a total site of approximately 226,108 sqm. It achieved an occupancy rate of 99% in 2025 and welcomed more than 9 million visitors. During 2025 the mall advanced enhancements including solar energy systems, glass skylights, landscaping, upgraded parking, and dedicated electric vehicle charging bays. The asset is owned by Al Hayat Real Estate Company, in which Alandalus Property Company holds a 25% stake, and is managed and operated by Alandalus Property Company.

Retail Destination

Dareen Mall

Strategically located on the Dammam Corniche, Dareen Mall is a regional retail destination serving the Eastern Province. The mall accommodates 138 tenants across 47,703 sqm of GLA, achieved an occupancy rate of 85% in 2025, and welcomed more than 4 million visitors, offering a comprehensive mix of retail, dining, and family entertainment experiences with sea-facing restaurants. The asset is owned by Advanced Markets Company, in which Alandalus Property Company holds a 50% stake.

Retail Destination

The Village Mall

Located in northern Jeddah on Prince Talal bin Mansour Road, The Village Mall is a contemporary retail and lifestyle destination serving one of the city's fastest-growing districts. The mall comprises 432 retail units operated by 198 tenants, provides 85,244 sqm of GLA, achieved an occupancy rate of 81% in 2025, and welcomed more than 8 million visitors. Designed with smart building technologies and sustainability features — including a smart building management system, approximately 1,000 kilowatts of solar generation, greywater recycling, and UV-resistant skylights. The asset is owned by Al Jawhara Al Kubra Real Estate Investment Company, in which Alandalus Property Company holds a 25% stake.

Al Sahafa Center

Strategically located at the intersection of King Abdulaziz Road and Prince Nasser bin Saud Street in northern Riyadh, Al Sahafa Center is a neighbourhood retail destination serving the daily shopping and service needs of the surrounding community. The centre comprises 28 commercial units — retail outlets and administrative offices — leased to 20 tenants across 7,213 sqm of GLA, and achieved a 100% occupancy rate in 2025. The centre is developed on land leased by Alandalus Property Company and is managed and operated by the Company.
