About This Project
Located on Anas bin Malik Road in the Al Malqa district of northern Riyadh, Tilal Center is a community-focused retail destination designed to meet the daily needs of nearby residents.
The centre includes 20 commercial units leased to 14 tenants across 5,064 sqm of GLA and achieved an occupancy rate of 95% in 2025.
The centre is developed on land leased by Alandalus Property Company and is managed and operated by the Company.
