Alandalus Mall is one of Jeddah’s leading retail destinations, strategically located on King Abdullah Road opposite King Abdulaziz Square. The mall comprises 356 stores operated by 323 tenants across 101,644 sqm of Gross Leasable Area (GLA), on a total site of 148,481 sqm. Alandalus Mall maintained an occupancy rate of 99% in 2025, excluding the Boulevard area, and welcomed more than 10 million visitors.
